Both my parents received hospice care at this facility. The nursing staff were wonderful and the support techs were also very attentive and caring. We received lots of communication and staff was very welcoming. Having experienced several other facilities in the area, Manor Grove was very different and gained our families trust through their excellent care. Mom did occupational and physical and some cognitive rehab in Manor Grove. I tasted her food, and it's quite good. It was a very nice facility, very clean, and it didn't smell bad. The staff was very nice, accommodating, very friendly, warm, and welcoming. I don't know how she does what she does. They also have really nice courtyard areas, so people wouldn't even have to go out.

A couple of times, I said, "Can you get my mom in for a haircut?" I had to say it couple of times. We weren't really sure who the best person was to go to get things done. My elderly mother spent time in rehab at Manor Grove. During her stay I never met nor was contacted by a nurse, doctor or physical therapist. I was never given any communication regarding her rehab plan.

While I'm sure they employ some very caring and competent staff, there are others that should never be in the business of caring for the elderly. The rehab care of our loved one did much more harm than good - in fact, there was absolutely no evidence of any improvement whatsoever. We believe it was due to neglect, , that we are still uncertain of because of Covid restrictions to visitation and lack of clear answers to questions posed. She passed away one week after discharge.

He doesn't really do many activities though. We went there for Christmas and it was very nice. They gave them all Christmas presents.

We went to a buffet there and it was really nice. They seem to be very gentle and sweet with them. They always ask us if we need anything, how my dad is, or if my dad likes everything. My family had a very unfortunate experience with our loved-one's care at Manor Grove - a facility we specifically chose because of word-of-mouth and proximity to family.

She has recovered fully due to Physiotherapy efforts from Dr. Yogini and also her affectionate behaviour towards the lady. Her improvement was endorsed by Dr. Tushar Raut , during follow-up consultation with him. My dad really likes the physiotherapist.

This is for the night support and "pushpa" is the supervisor who introduced us to "soma". We agreed, but that night was the worst night. The lady didn't know to handle the babies, was impatient blaming them if they were moving while feed or changing diaper. I have been repeatedly requesting the new cood Ms Ruksana, with no success. She told me that due to Covid, she was not able to get response from the back office.Now after 6 months she has promised to get me the same as the load has reduced. Physiotherapy also helps in the rehabilitation of patients suffering fromParkinson’s, Paralysis,Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, andCerebral Palsy.

I want to provide my feedback on the service provided to my son by Physiotherapist Nikitha shah who was serving for about 5 months. She has given her best efforts for my on to improve his physical abilities. She treated my son as her own family member and showed lot of patience and courage during her service. We are happy the way we served, however due to relocation I was not able to continue the service. I will look forward for the same physician in the future.

I am fully satisfied from the session being conducted by Dr. Hirna. Hirak has been a sincere and effective physiotherapist. Please pass on my sincere thanks to him. Initially we did not get a great physio, but with Hirak coming in, we were comfortable. Hirak has been much better than a Manipal physio who came for a few days, and was recommended by her treating doctor. Mr. Raj Kumar Singh, physiotherapist treated me very well.

And the next day I could barely walk, that is when I was referred to Portea's at home Physiotherapy service by a friend. All aspects of my physiotherapy treatment were explained to me by my physiotherapist and I got back to playing in just three weeks. Mr. Chore and his team has done an impressive job with such an excellent outcome in improving gait, freezing, balance and overall health. I have taken physio services by physio Dr. Anil Saini in Jaipur and receiced excellent result with his serious efforts and feel very well in just 3 visits. I am really happy to take physio by him and thanks to Portea for providing such a nice physio. In future if I require any service and would like to have physio Dr. Anil Saini. My mother has got a favourable response from the treatment administered by you. Before 4 days of treatment, she was in a very bad pain in shoulder and lower back.

I availed services for home nursing in March 2020. The bill/receipt has not been provided to date. It has been 3 months, refund is not deposited.
